At first glance it's just straight-to-video sequel with same story served on a different plate. Why it is more fun then? Probably some kind of magic from exploitation wizard Roger Corman (who produced this flick) It's grittier, gorier and soldier instead of boy as our hero knows how to kick some monster butt. The monster itself even looks better than the sasquatch/bigfoot thing from the first movie. Fun times.

Warlock: The Armageddon 1993
Batshit crazy sort of sequel. Senseless, gory, with brutal tonal shifts, yet highly watchable. It hits all the marks of the movie aimed at stereotypical meathead horror fans. Which is totally me.
