Zach Stetson’s review published on Letterboxd:
Accomplishes exactly what it wants to accomplish
I predicted a few twists and moments from a mile away but most of the biggest moments got me really good. Some elements of the plot fall apart when thinking about them in retrospect but in the moment none of it matters.
This is a tense thriller and I was IN IT and had the exact experience the filmmakers wanted. The audience of unsuspecting moviegoers seemed to really be into it by the end as well.
It may even play well on a second viewing to pick out the clues I didn’t notice the first time around.
Storm Reid is good but we all know the real MVP is Javi. I want a Javi spin off ASAP.
