Letterboxd — Your life in film

a really really good movie. plot wise i think really good. the concept of looking at the whole situation through the eyes of the male gaze and the idealization and romanticization of summer. visually pretty good. i am a sucker for a good protagonist that you’re made is dislike.

i’ll say for the iconic-ness that it has, i agree that it is up to the hype. it is a constant rewatch for me. although outdated HEAVILY,, i think the comedy still holds up. plot wise good. yup yup :)

ok… overall a good movie… i liked it a tad bit more just for the sole reason of the relate ability of the topic and the dialogue of it. the acting when it comes to saoirse ronan and laurie metcalf and the relatable chemistry between the two was the main aspect i found amazing.

visually very good, plot wise… not my vibe… too much dead people. choreography was amazing and costumes. tony,, i feel like was slightly dragging the talent because everyone was amazing

i loved the unique way around three groundhog day situation. usually the subject wishes for it and there’s a task at hand then a lesson about butterfly effect shit. but they go around the idea of “nothing matters” really well and cool!!
