    The Green Knight

    A Mother's Love.
    Adulthood awaits.

At some point in your life, you have to grow out of your mother's cellar, leave your studies behind, get a steady income at some subpar night job, bore yourself to death and in your final days you visit the coffin maker, to choose your last resting place.

But before that, life has some magic, some joy and adventure in store for you, plastered with scoundrels, beautiful women and murky father figures, in a nebulous…

    What to do, with three
    Children and no food?

A terribly haunting movie. Some of the most depressing scenes I've seen in a long time, with Shima Iwashita's glaring and piercing eyes, that could inflame a temple, with all the rage and contempt stored up in her, for the unfaithful husband that brings some trouble into the household.

What a Beast of a Movie!

From perfect Camera, Sound and incredible Actors and all rapped up in the first Brainsplatter, as I like to call this Movie, I have ever seen.

I was at the Fantasy Film Fest in 2004 at the screening of this enormous Masterpiece. It was a incredible Atmosphere!

Till half hour before the ending you hear laugther, chuckles and gasping. But when the climax came, there was dead silence long after the credits were gone.…
