Joe’s review published on Letterboxd:
Watching "these types" of movies is always a tricky situation with me. Fundamentally I hate watching things "ironically" or the whole concept of "so bad it's good." Isn't it pretty mean-spirited to call something this genuinely and gleefully entertaining "bad"?
Also, there's something that's just endlessly fascinating about watching presumably English-speaking actors delivering lines that are bizarre at best and incoherent at worst. My favorite example: "My mother was Korean! And my father is black-American!"
Only through eliminating violence can we hope to achieve world peace.
