My favorite animated film of the year is Dreamwork’s Puss in Boots, or more commonly known as Peak in Boots, as it delivers peak animation, peak storytelling, and peak characters. Puss was always my favorite character from the Shrekverse, and giving him the Spiderverse treatment is the best thing they could have done for him.
