Philips Lane’s review published on Letterboxd:
Not gonna lie, most of the time I’m not interested in political films, but this one is different. The story is put together in such a way that no matter what you believe going into the film, you’ll at least question those beliefs coming out of it.
Everything is executed brilliantly from a technical standpoint, especially the editing.
Kaluuya, Stanfield, and Plemons are all fantastic with the big standout being Kaluuya (obviously).
Overall, fantastic and deserving of an Oscar Noms that it gets.
