Xavier’s review published on Letterboxd:
there’s something so immensely satisfying about horror as a genre. even if it’s executed poorly, horror has the ability to do execute some of the wildest/weirdest scenes and ideas that most genres don’t necessarily have. there’s no rules or formula for horror films because so many are wildly unique and outside the box. there’s an added sense of creativity and drive that comes with horror that makes it such a strong and compelling genre. films like this prove that horror is consistently one of the most exciting genres in the film industry right now. there’s so much exciting content coming out in horror soon and i can’t wait to see what comes next in this genre.
