    Hasn’t got nearly the punch Kinji’s masterpiece once had, but it brings something new to the table. The war between kids and adults was poorly-played at the beginning, and the last third seemed like it was it’s own movie and completely walled itself off from the rest; so don’t expect the movie to start until it’s about 2/3 of the way through.     The creme de la creme of Clint Eastwood’s career. The effect morality and old age have in this film is astounding. The characters reflect on the people they’ve killed and you’ll find that the direction itself lingers on such moments.
