Found this movie incredibly frustrating and dumb at times and super funny and great at times.. Love that he took such a big swing, feel like few mainstream directors take such risks like this. That being said sometimes it works  and sometimes it really really doesn’t. I’m sure when I watch it again I will either give it one star or raise my review. Do think his better satires are when he was with Ferrell and not trying as hard to be a genius

Watched this last night and was afraid it would suck but Jonah hill and Channing Tatum are so good and this movie is so fun that it holds up.

Super fun movie with incredible cast. Some of the storytelling/directing was a bit much for my taste and felt that Netflix cut some corners on budgets for sets and what not from time to time. Had a great time despite westerns not being my thing

Fun movie with cool visuals, set pieces, and actors. Some of the writing/ storytelling just did not work for me but overall I liked the idea that we over glamorize places like London, nyc when for every great piece of history in those places there is 100 horrid things that happened.  Fun time at the movies and made me think a tiny bit which is all a horror movie needs to do.

Anthology movies are usually a little tough for me but found this movie very fun and wanted more from almost every story.  Did find my mind wandering a but during some of these but a mid tier Wes Anderson is still better than most movies.  Very much a side note-but feel like people hate on his movies cause they are easy to make fun of, but there’s a big difference between easy to make fun of and bad.

So was rami Malik supposed to be scary? Why did he kidnap the kid to just leave at the first sign of trouble?? He couldn’t even handle a kid!
