Pretty boring, flat and sleepy
This was meant to be a romance/comedy... but like my wife rightly put it; "more like a COMAdy!"

Woody’s first crack at directing, and he definitely didn’t choose the ‘safe option’!! He went ALL OUT and attempted something CRAZY…something that had never been done before
He created a LIVE film (which was based on a real night he experienced), and it was broadcast live to 550+ theatres in The States…and it was all shot in a single take with one camera!
It’s a crazy, non-stop, laugh filled ride.
I really enjoyed it, and it goes without saying, it’s a very impressive feat!
Well done Woody!!
44!
...is the amount of times Hugh Grant says "Right" in this movie
He dropped 20 of them in the first 30mins!!!
I just love everything about the Guardian flicks! So fresh, so fun, so funky.
Dig hanging out with this crew!
Just like a really bad hangover, this is something one would rather not experience...nor wish upon anyone else!
So rushed.
So convenient.
So much 'force' (too much!).
So soulless.
So Disney!
If interested, here is my ranking of the Star Wars universe (incl. spin-offs)
Cracks me up how Yoda slowly shuffles around, in every scene, like an old arthritic turtle...but throw him in a lightsaber duel and he's bouncing off the walls like a hypo kid that's beyond high on sugar!
Overall a pretty ordinary script, but if you enjoy Galifianakis, and the original show, then you should have enough fun with the interviews to get you through to the end satisfied enough
There are some funny moments (during the interviews), but it's the end credits outtakes that easily steals the show!! (I instantly rewatched this part 3 times over in one hit...great stuff!)
"If your parents had not named you Chance The Rapper do you think you would have pursued a different career?"
"You know who my favourite X-Men is?...Caitlyn Jenner" 😅
