The truth will be your curse...

The most like tv of the three movies, maybe this trilogy should have been a six hour miniseries. Structurally, it's very odd. The first hour is a dirty, miserable homage to folk horror that has some of the most effective moments in the trilogy, even if the accents are bad. The second hour goes back to the familiar style from part one.

I liked both segments, I think individually they work but I'm not so sure that it works as a movie.

That being said I've really dug this trilogy overall and it would be neat to see more from the series. I'll definitely watch what Leigh Janiak does next.
