Vampiric gunslinger has risen from the grave... Again! A black and white Western mixed with Gothic Horror. Recommended double feature with Universal's Curse of the Undead, but in my opinion this small Mexican gem is a little more interesting. The final gundown contains beautiful chiaroscuro shots ♥

Brilliant adaptation and great debut. I would like to see Tony Scott's version of An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge.
Harry Alan Towers in collaboration with the Shaw Brothers! It's still an elegant blend of Eurospy, Krimi and Hammer glamour, but with added gore and elements of the Western genre. I think this might be my favorite installment in the series.
Horst Frank as a cigar smoking crime boss and Maria Rohm as a shady bar singer are both fun to watch ♥

It's clearly a 'mtv-pop-western', but still better than the original. The opening reminds me of the great first scenes from Lonely Are the Brave. And, it must be mentioned, there is also Jenny Wright, who in one scene rides off like a Lady Godiva ♥

A long, weird, grainy 16mm video for the haunting dungeon synth. Unfortunately, interrupted by some poorly written dialogues and lame plot. Nevertheless, I appreciate this kind of strange, psychotronic vibe.
