#62 for 2020 Halloween Marathon 🎃
42 years later and John Carpenter's "Halloween" still completely holds up as both the quintessential slasher film and most essential viewing during this time of year. Scary and always thoroughly suspenseful with wonderful characters and still one of my all-time film scores as well. A landmark of the horror genre.
