Even though the 70s is my favourite decade of cinema and the majority of those films are classed as some of the greatest of all time but for me, the style of filmmaking in the 60s just hits different. I don’t know if it’s the colours or the trench coats or the dialogue but the 60s just felt great. 

I have to say, this was pretty good and well put together but my god that car chase is something special. No score, so well edited and supercharged V8 engines roaring throughout the air with the loud squeal of the tires drifting around corners was an absolute joy to watch and listen to. This actually goes for all of the chase scenes. Even the ones on foot, they are perfect. Beautiful filmmaking.
