Surprisingly better than I expected!? I don’t know if my mom over exaggerated her hatred for it or what, but I actually didn’t completely hate this!  I thought the first half was pretty boring and confusing but the second half helped make up for that.  Since I forced Danielle to watch HOHH and HOBM she is now making me watch the chronological order of the Star Wars movies! I’m actually pretty excited to watch it with her because she knows so much about the lore behind Star Wars and she helped explain anything and everything I was confused about (which was surprisingly a lot because for some reason I thought Liam Neeson was Ewan McGregor who just happened to look a lot like Liam Neeson) but overall I’m excited to finally watch the prequels and to hopefully deepen my interest in Star Wars! 

I think if the pod race was shorter and the beginning of the movie didn’t have as much Jar Jar, I feel like I would have enjoyed it more! Also I don’t know if it’s just me, but I always get super confused during the scrolling title screens and I never understand what’s happening for the first 30 minutes of the movie.
