Yes, we live in a society and everything is made up. Good satire, but we know damn well we're all stuck with this reality. Entertaining film nonetheless, and I loved the absurdity of it.
I bloody loved this! One of the most original romantic films I've seen so far. And admittedly I'm also crushing on Timothée Chalamet, as is everyone else.
I definitely did not expect that this is what the movie would be like. Pleasantly surprised. And still in shock.
Two guys were drunk in a room. One said to the other: "hey dude, wouldn't it be funny if we made a Christmas movie that crossed Die Hard with Home Alone, but one where most of the main characters have no chemistry, aren't convincing + the plot is completely predictable?"
At least the older guy in the same row as me laughed his ass off each time someone got hurt. Man, was he having a great time.
