Harry Du Bois’s review published on Letterboxd:
This could top any horror film in terms of sheer gut-wrenching imagery. This is reality, where no one is safe from the confines of fiction, and reality has people pushing over a woman and throwing things at her simply because they think she can’t see. Ali Coates and Signe Pierce were truly brave to enact this and capture it on camera — I applaud their dedication, and condemn everyone who displayed transphobia, misogyny, and a clear disregard for those that are different (a mirror mask showing their own hateful faces back at them).
This is called American Reflexxx, but this could easily be called Human Reflexxx and the message would only be strengthened. The biggest tragedy imaginable.
