A solid entry in the '90s "because of this medical procedure I know see through the eyes of/have the memories of a killer" genre + iconic early computer graphic animation + Jeff Goldblum and a Clueless era Alicia Silverstone = a good time.

The role Dennis Quaid was meant to play—he does such a damn creepy job at being an unhinged sad dad homeowner who just won't give it up. I'll watch any and every home invasion flick, so it's fun to watch ones like these that turn it on its head a little. Better than Pacific Heights.

That line made me actually almost spit take. I 'rewound' it like five times. This movie is everything. The femme punk soundtrack, the diy-vibe, the realness of sex and friendships, the openness in dialogue about female sexuality, rape, pregnancy, gender roles, power dynamics. And they all work at a fucking movie theater.
