I've suddenly realized that the entire point of this movie is just so Gaspar Noe has something to jerk off to. Apparently he is actually in the film, masturbating.

So I guess somebody at some point did a Max Landis style pitch for a Predator movie with a cool Bear Gryllsy twist and got shot down so they made their own boring, terrible version of it without the predator.
