IN DEFENSE OF JENNY:
I think most of us can agree this is a pretty great film. It's an epic nostalgia trip through classic Americana tied together with unexpectedly casual optimism and the undeniable charm of Tom Hanks. I think most of us can at the very least understand why it's endured so long as a "great American film".
One thing I won't agree with though is the hate that's thrown at Jenny for how "terribly" she treats Forrest. So…
