Vogels’s review published on Letterboxd:
There's a lot to love about this film. Personally I got a lot out of the message, the Spike Lee 70's inspired stylization which he likes to use, and the music, even though some of the score is a little too Indiana Jones-y.
What keeps me from rating this any higher is that I had some issues with the screenplay. In the end four writers put their mark on this film and that shows. Nonetheless, it's a great film that educates about age old problems that sadly are still present to this day.
