One of the very few perfect sequels. Goes in a totally different direction from the original, but still works on its own. Yes the banquet scene is over the top and a little grotesque. But that's honestly the only low point, and the rest is just so exuberant and well crafted that I think it can be forgiven. It's a great movie.
