Maybe i was expecting too much.
Its not bad , perfect for when you dont wanna watch something too heavy and just have fun and relax ..but , Its definately not a Wes Craven film and you can feel it. All the previous ones were surrounded around Prescot , it felt interesting because of that and really none of the OG charecters even needed to be here , they didnt add anything to the story or the plot. You can also feel that everything was formuliacly planned because it was on the nose, while all the previous ones felt like your going through it (i hope that makes sense) I didnt even like the main charecter that much , yet enougghh. The suspence was fun enough , the Who-done-it was good enough.
Its not bad , its just the worst of the of the franchise.
