Valen’s review published on Letterboxd:
Ok, I gotta write a review of this one.
It messes a bit with the stuff stablished in the previous one, but I didn’t care that much in the end. This is a new thing.
The best parts about this is the directing and the cinematography. The inclusion of the colors and the handling of the FX were great (Except for those weird “thrown at the air in slow mo” parts). And it overall has better acting than the previous one. I really was invested in the story lol. The ending is kinda bullshit, but kinda makes sense. And Freddy’s lines were great. And the story structure makes some weird turns that weren’t bad either!
Ye, ye, not bad at all.
