Owen’s review published on Letterboxd:
Flat-out phenomenal on every level. Johnson masterfully crafts a riveting, hilarious, and stunningly original entry in the mystery genre. Every character is imbued with so much life and charisma. Daniel Craig’s accent rules, Katherine Langford vapes, Toni Collette is basically a human Buzzfeed article, and Ana de Armas proves once again that she is an absolute national treasure. It’s structurally inventive, and thematically deeper than many will expect. I’m blown away. Superb editing, a beautiful score, and thrilling twists all combine to form this massively entertaining and impressively made thriller that’s both immersive and unpredictable. I loved it.
