The animation was a gamechanger & it absolutely deserved to win Best Animated Film at the 91. Oscars!
Phil & Lord made all the right choices. It looks & feels like a real comic book came to life.
Near perfection from script to execution. The rewatch really makes me appreciate everything the movie is more, so I will bump my rating up from 4 to 4,5 stars.
No Way Home kind of took the blueprint of Into the Spider-Verse if you think about it, which takes some of it away..

They really had the balls to exclude Rocky entirely..
I get that they want the Creed franchise to be its own thing, but frankly that's impossible!
The preparation & training sequence was so forgettable & there was almost no resembling Rocky or Creed score.
Also, the more fights they include, the less weight each one gets. History has shown that 2 is a max.
Michael B. Jordan & Tessa Thompson were very very good though.
It's not a bad movie, but rather one of the weakest Rocky legacy movies.
