So, I know I'm a little late to the Moonlight party. Personally, I would like to place blame on the theaters in my area, who decided to wait until that Golden Globe win to show the damn thing.
But, yeah. It's an incredible work of art. As the world around us grows more chaotic and scary, it's comforting to know that there are still people out there making things as beautiful and human as this.
It's the best film of 2016, but you probably already knew that.
