Talking Heads 1980
From a modern perspective it’s shocking that no one was any confident and some girls dream was the pope visiting Poland. Kieslowski tries to show that Poland was a “hidden” catholic dictatorship and does that by showing the lack of confidence or dreams of the polish citizens. It’s great to know that the people there got Solidarnosc and ironically the first polish pope Johannes Paul II, who tried to reform the Catholicism. But I think their answers are even sadder if you look at what’s happening in Poland right now.

“Jurassic world, not a fan“ (by Jeff Goldblum and Marco) sums it up perfect. I complete disagree with the general rating. I think if you understand what type of movie this is, it‘s a great movie.
