The Relic 1997
I can’t really describe this one without sounding like I thought it was rubbish. It’s decent but I’ll forget about it within a day.
It’s one setting and a monster. We’ve seen it all before and this is just an average take. The set up is basic and I didn’t care for any of the characters, I can’t even remember any of their names. But overall it’s an ok one time watch. -

The Hustle 2019
Thought this would be shit but it’s certainly watchable, enjoyable even. Yeah it’s a tad repetitive and drawn out but I did get a few laughs out of it, an easy switch your brain off film.

Call Me Claus 2001
First Christmas film of the year.
Pretty decent for something I'd never even heard of before.
-
Brightburn 2019
The premise is great, the performances are decent and there is some proper gore.
It is good but it's clearly got potential to be a lot better. I can't put my finger on the problems but it's just lacking that special something to make it truly memorable. -
Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates 2016
I like all the main 4 but it's not the best film/performance for any of them. The comedy is hit and miss but overall a pretty decent one time watch.

The Cabin in the Woods 2011
Tried before. Got bored.
Today was my 3rd attempt. Finally finished it. Weird film. Still don't know if I really like it or not. -
10 to Midnight 1983
First time I've ever seen a Police drama/slasher I think. Certainly not lacking in shock value.

The Happytime Murders 2018
Has its moments and at only 80 minutes it doesn't overstay it's welcome or become repetitive. It's stupid and some jokes don't land at all but I laughed a few times, same as with Sausage Party. Don't hate me.
