I don’t know much about the politics of the era, or of post-war Vietnam, so I’m sure there’s a lot to unpick there, and I get the sense that the controversy around its release was not unmerited.
This was gorgeous and absolutely brutal in the same go, slightly saggy pace-wise but very worth watching
