In 1984, having come from school after we watched "Raiders" for a Memorial Day picnic (I had seen it for the first time), and seeing how excited we were, and how much I (probably) was breathlessly talking about it, my parents took us to the next one, probably sometime within the same week.

Of course, with me being an easily frightened kid, my mom had to tell me to hide my eyes several times. :)
