    Now this film would be a streaming service show or film, like an Altered Carbon.

    I haven't seen a Neilll Blomkamp film before, but I know he did Chappie and District 9. So this seems very up his wheel house.

    It's an interesting premise and it goes for the most predictable but it can do.

    The score took a few notes from Hanz Zimmer's Inception score, then mixed it with a bit of blade runner.

    Now things get interesting...cause now the Apes have AK-47s.

    I thought Rise felt too foundational. So this goes off on its own thing in the post apocalyptic world which is fantastic! Also, who doesn't love a bit of Ape politics?

    It helps that we have a better director in Matt Reeves helming the film. We love to see it. The CGI is much better to.

    I won't lie, it's reminds me a lot of the Lion King.

    A very fitting conclusion to the Guardians trilogy.

    Gunn really did his thing in this one, and that's why it's so great. It's his vision throughout. Like everything is very goopy as well.

    This has like so many nit picks for me, it's the least perfect of the original trilogy...and yet...it is still AWESOME, even if it tried not to be.
