  Really cool practical effects, score and cast. 

  John Carpenter is really a genius. 

  Side note; I thought the dog was really cute and then was like wait that’s the thing isnt it? Yeah... lol

  I don't know why this has an average of 2.8, I think people just hate fun. Mandy Moore and Matthew Goode are adorable both individually and together. It was sweet, romantic and full of wanderlust. 2004, what a year for the chick flick.

  I’d say the first half is a lot better than the second half. The Critters still made me laugh, and there was a lot more of them than the fourth film which is an improvement. I did feel the loss of the original cast but I didn’t mind the new cast too much either. Though fuck off that the kids are like 9 and 12, more like 12 and 16. I think the highlight for me was the guy grabbing…
