This is more of a dark fantasy film than a horror film. Nevertheless, Dream Warriors provides a fresh and inventive take into the series. Its wonderful production design and likable characters made this film insanely entertaining. Peel another layer and you’ll find a commentary on how adults downplay children and their dreams, and that they’re really the future who will either atone or amend the mistakes of the past.
