Man this was fun. Yesterday I was shopping at Target, and while I was there, I spotted an Ash Williams action figure on sale for $11.99, that I just couldn’t say no to. Turns out it was actually worth $32.99, but because it got misplaced under the $11.99 row, they sold it to me for more than $20 cheaper, which was surprisingly really awesome. But anyways, back to the film. Well, it’s no Evil Dead ll by any means, that being said, I still had a lot of fun watching this. NEXT - Army Of Darkness

I’ll try to write a lengthier review once I’ve fully grasped the film, seeing that I still need to process everything that just happened, as I do with every masterpiece that I come across, but most especially this one. But for now, all that I can remark on, is that this may be the best, not to mention one of the harshest critiques on modern society, capitalism, and fascism ever put to film, or to the very least, that I’ve seen.
At first, going into Persona, my first Ingmar Bergman film, I didn’t know exactly what to expect. And now that I’ve finally seen it, I can without a doubt confirm that it deserves every ounce of praise that it has received since it’s release.
