Incredible. Genuinely makes me wonder what exactly we’re doing over here with our blockbusters.

Season 2’s a lot cooler, a lot more mature it felt too? Now that the world building is out of the way it seemed like it had a lot more room to just breathe. Takes a while to get into the main plot before realizing “Oh, this is the main plot and not something that’ll get solved in an episode or two” but that didn’t take me out of it.

Great film, something I’d wanna put on each winter. Was immediately transported into the film as soon as it started. The vintage style trailer wasn’t a front, this is exactly that throwback style it was going for and I love it. Da’Vine Joy Randolph had a plan for me!

Enjoyed this a lot more this time knowing what I was getting into. Loved everything with Mike and Abby and the missing brother, really the hardest hitting stuff here. Still a massive misuse of Matthew Lillard but oh well. This movie has a load of problems but I just really had fun.

The rules don’t really get elaborated or make sense, so if anything this is a true and blue adaptation of the game.

Soo fucking cool, love all the effects here, and the premise is killer.
