  • Unfriended: Dark Web

    Unfriended: Dark Web

    ★★

The acting was awful, the special effects were cheesy, and the story line was all over the place. Not to mention this had nothing to do with "the dark web".

The first one felt a lot smaller by only focusing more on the teenagers’ relationship and how it slowly crumbled. Unfriended : Dark Web tried to make it big and much too complicated.

  • Demolition

    Demolition

    ★★

I was expecting so much more from this movie.
The movie wants you to feel sorry for Gyllenhaal's character but shows very little of the relationship between he and his wife during their years of marriage.

By the second half i was giving up with the film with boredom and just not caring about the characters.

  • 22 Jump Street

    22 Jump Street

    ★★

It's a comedy but has too few good jokes and so many bad ones.
It also wants to be an action movie but gives none exciting scenes.
It even attempts to be a teen romance movie which failed miserably.

It's not good at anything they wanted the movie to be.

  • The Possession of Hannah Grace

    The Possession of Hannah Grace

    ★★

I don't give a shit of any sub-plots nor the characters in this movie. They're hollow and uninteresting enough.

However, there are still a little suspense and some scary scenes in the morgue, which is what a horror movie should have AT LEAST.

  • Game Over, Man!

    Game Over, Man!

    ★★

Expected it to be as good, as funny, and as entertaining as When We First Met, turns out this movie failed at all it attempts. It’s barely funny, boring, and not entertaining. Adam Devine is still a likeable guy in any of his movie.

  • Venom

    Venom

    ★★

Expecting more from this. Plot was very rushed. It might be better if they didn’t cut the movie durations from 140 min. And it SURELY would be a lot better if it was rated R.

  • A Man Called Ahok

    A Man Called Ahok

    ★★

The first act was amazing. But once we see Ahok as a grown up man, the movie started to get messy and not knowing the main conflict they want to focus on.

Also I don’t like Daniel’s performance as Ahok. He portrayed him as an “always angry man who yells at everything all the time” in the movie.

It still, however, has some good message for the audience about generosity and being helpful for each other. That’s unfortunately the only reason I’m giving it a 2 stars.

  • The Nutcracker and the Four Realms

The Nutcracker and the Four Realms

    ★★

Might have some fun watching it on a Christmas eve with your family but it’s totally a forgettable movie. Weak and cliched plots makes the movie hard to watch and boring.
