Josh Lewis’s review published on Letterboxd:
after a year long break from it i have resumed the big Marvel Rewatch with the gf. we got very defeated and tired around Civil War/Doctor Strange last time so we'll see how long this lasts. still have issues with this one when the squad parts ways in the middle to spin their wheels in their own useless exposition subplots for awhile and could take or leave much of the daddy issues stuff but it opens and ends strong, gunn's trashier personality/humor and genuine bleeding heart for weirdos is still present in the characters and he really improved as a visual director between this and the first one. bautista and rooker MVPs.
