The Introvert’s review published on Letterboxd:
I haven't watched Ratatouille in years but I remember it fondly. It really holds up as an original and heartwarming story. Some of the plot devices are a bit contrived, such as the way Remy controls Linguini by pulling his hair in different directions, or the love story between Linguini and Colette that seems forced, but neither of these are fatal flaws.
Watching the journeys of Remy and Linguini in each of their own distinct ways is my favorite part of this movie. They are trying to discover who they are and what their place is in the world, along with dealing with family issues.
