Weird seeing so much explaining in a Wiseman film. Everyone's always explaining something or going on a tour or being taught a lesson. Makes the movie seem more like a normal documentary than anything else I've seen from him.
I'd be very uncomfortable eating at these restaurants. Not so much because the food is out of my league (it is) but because people would always be standing over me and talking to me about it the whole time.
