A // Full Review at CLAPPER
Due to premiere as a headliner of the thirty-second edition of this year’s South By Southwest Film Festival (that was cancelled due to the ongoing events of the pandemic), She Dies Tomorrow has had to brave many obstacles to get to where it is today. Alas, due to its timely premise, Amy Seizmetz’s newest film has a new-found potential of becoming the next big cinematic conversation starter of the summer.

(Listen to me and 4 other global contributors including Matt Neglia talks about this film and the Oscars HERE)

Sold after its Sundance premiere for a festival-record of seventeen and a half million dollars (and sixty-nine cents), from the beginning, it was clear that Palm Springs was something special. With a story that is surprisingly reminiscent of the situation the world currently finds itself in, there is no shock that it has received…

Watched for research purposes (my next feature? maybe), but was surprised it’s semi-subversion of tropes as well as the bold originality of the third act. Great watch.

TOP GUN: MAVERICK is a thrilling sequel that soars far above the original. Carried by pulse-pounding action sequences elevated through an impactful emotional core, despite its rushed nature that fails to develop any of the supporting players past one-dimensional characters (except Teller’s Rooster) it results in the must-see blockbuster event of the summer that needs to be experienced on the biggest screen possible.

I don’t think I’ll ever hate anything as much as I hate the phrase “Please Stand By”

thanks to marvel for the early screener!

WOW... ZACK SNYDER’S JUSTICE LEAGUE may just be the DCEU’s BEST film yet. With an epic scope, Snyder’s vision transforms the film into a bold & stunning classical epic with heart. Ray Fisher shines too, alongside super action setpieces and a cameo that will leave you begging for more!

I actually was quite mixed on Snyder’s previous work, but this is something special. Thanks to WB for the early screener!
