As usual, dazzling work by Cosmatos. Perfectly eerie camp that drones on its own magnetically singular wavelength, never veering too far into “random” absurdity. Visually and sonically immaculate, hypnotically controlled, knows just when and how to up the ante. Peter Weller’s late-career performance is nothing short of a gift. Loved this. (3/4)
