Music By Nino Rota

In his lifetime Nino Rota (born Giovanni Rota Rinaldi) wrote more than 150 film scores, as well as operas, ballets, and other orchestral arrangements. In the year 1954, when we did the score for "La Strada," he composed a total of 13 film scores. He also had a long teaching career.

Restored in 4K resolution by the Criterion Collection and The Film Foundation at Cineteca di Bologna’s L’Immagine Ritrovata laboratory from a 35mm dupe negative preserved by Beta Film GmbH. Restoration funding provided by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.
