any movie from the early to late 1990s is going to have me biased no matter what—especially those that are set in the 40s/50s. as a fan of actual film, i love seeing all the dust and grain really coming through—the tones and the way it looks makes my heart happy. it’s a wonder i had never seen this until now?!
