    Unspooled Space List Watch Along

Everything discussed in the Unspooled podcast episode was spot on. Midsommar is an excellent horror film and an excellent breakup film. I loved the discussion on the podcast about how grief creates a distance between Dani (Florence Pugh) and the people around her, and how she is able to find closeness in this community, where the people share in one another's feelings whether that be pain or pleasure. Pugh plays the character of Dani so…

    Unspooled Space List Watch Along

    A suggestion from Jacob.

A perfectly cast, down-to-earth sci-fi romance. Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet play two fairly unlikeable, struggling people. They might not be best for each other, but shared memories can equate to love and sometimes connection is unavoidable. Officially a 5 star movie!

It will forever crack me up that Alex does not understand why Henry shuts down and goes MIA after the lake convo. Like, what makes you think that what you are saying is feasible???? He's a literal prince?

The scene with the faculty Christmas party where Scott uses his Santa magic to give the adults presents they wanted in their youth is one of the purest in film history.

Oh to be in a theater having Prior bless me in person.

I don't think I'll ever be able to fully express my love for this play. It's use of language and monologues is like no other. It has the excitement and urgency of a musical, and manages to be engaging for six whole hours. There is nothing like it.
