The phantom menace is in a weird situation. It has a few incredible things but a lot of very bad things. Every Star Wars movie is very very important to me and I have a huge amount of nostalgia for the series. The plot is not that good it’s all political and boring. There is a lot of plot holes and confusing aspects. The acting is ok Liam Nession as Qui Gon Jin was good and all the other characters are introduced well. Darth Maul is a great villain all though he has no development or lines. Anakin is annoying and I did not like the gungans. It has good visual effects and incredible sound. The action is good the pod racing is good and the final fight is phenomenal. It’s too bad this movie has the second best lightsaber fight, it’s brilliantly choreographed and paced. The score like in all Star Wars is fantastic. As I said before all the Star Wars films have a very special place in my childhood. Overall it’s the worst Star Wars movie but a classic.
