Wouldn’t necessarily call it camp but it definitely had the most stylish silliest cartoony pop heavy vibes of the series with Pennywise in sparkly suits, Mr. Krabs, and German Kingpin as the villains. I still don’t follow much of the plot or the rules of these movies but this had pretty straight forward missions that I appreciated.
