  Desert power.

  A sprawling, operatic adaptation of Frank Herbert's masterpiece, coming close to as good as the novel itself. Stunning stuff. Wish I had been able to catch this in IMAX, or even a rewatch in thearers, though the 4k disc still looks fantastic--more than, in fact. Best blockbuster in a good while, and probably will be until its sequel releases. Bring on the worms.
