Oh man, Almodóvar must have a blast writing his screenplays. I can imagine him thinking of the most outrageous things, and while other people would come to their senses and rewrite it, he finds a way to fit everything into the plot.

Part-melodrama, part-crime drama, Victoria Abril is the star of this devilishly stylish film, with a great cast and many musical performances that blend in really well into the rest of the film.
